Before i do some work at the laptop before bedtime ( like searching for term life insurance exam advice ), i usually take a few shots of the kids in their sleepwear. Last Saturday night was an extra special night since its the night before Mom's day and my Birthday. I planned what the kids will wear , Hahaha ! Here's the princess..




It was such a lovely night with her, she was so in the mood for picture taking. My little boy , on the other hand was in deep slumber during this time.

Can you imagine , it was 6 months ago when i gave birth to this girl..she's getting bigger everyday!

No picture of me lately. Why?

* Because I still feel and look fat with whatever I wear. I think I really need alli.

* Because I feel like I need to visit the parlor for a haircut and treatment. My hair is getting dry!

That's it !

These 2 reasons are enough to spare myself from the camera. I think my latest pic was with Jody's camera. We met at Greenbelt with Jacqui and Joy and we had a few snaps over a cup of coffee (just them, I swear not to drink coffee anymore after a horrible experience the other day ) .
Here are the kids now ( pardon the blurry pic, its from my phone) . It looks like Dominique is tickling Joaqui, and he's enjoying it :) It really feels different to have 2 kids. Double joy!

our nth box for this year arrived during lunchtime today. Lil boy was so ecstatic to open it coz I told him that he has a toy dog and a guitar inside. It actually contains toys , christmas ornaments , cosmetics and just a few clothes for the kids. The princess now has a "my first christmas" outfit , complete with an adorable bib. As usual, the mom is too excited to dress up her doll. LOL.

Joaqui's Elmo and Ernie toys were there too, but i was able to divert his attention for a while and pull out the 2 toys from the box and kept it at the other room. You should have seen me move like Flash ! Now I am so excited to wrap the gifts for the kids. Oh and you will be surprised with what my mom got for the girl . She's one excited grandma im telling you. I guess from too much excitement and store shopping she now had heel pains or Plantar Fasciitis so she cant go out of the house for 2 days. She's even wearing heel cushions for a faster relief.

I had a good 8 hours of sleep last night. The first time since I gave birth and I am so grateful to Gelo.

It was around 11:30 pm when I went to bed with Joaqui, while Dominique and Gelo stayed at the living room. Little girl was sleeping at her crib then , while the dad watched some of his DVD's to keep himself awake (the reason why he wants to get some home theater seating soon). MY initial plan was JUST to put Joaqui to sleep then catch up with my online tasks and do a little bloghopping too. But I never realized I would be at Dreamland in no time.

I woke up at 3am , I almost jumped off the bed after realizing that I was asleep for 3 hours :) I looked at the table where I placed the laptop (and yeah, I left it turned on) , and its not there anymore. Hahaha! So I just climbed back to bed and enjoyed my much- deserved sleep :)

Thanks to all of you for welcoming our princess. Oh, I have a lot of pictures to share , but I think some are for "private viewing" only, LOL! I had wonderful but few shots during the delivery , but for personal reasons, Im not posting it here :) I still have to decide which one to post.

Im officially back to work now. As much as i really wanted to take some time to rest , I need to finish a lot of pending tasks that are mostly due til Sunday. I don't wanna keep a bad record, so here I am , typing as fast as I can while the princess is asleep, and my prince enjoying the morning with his bike. Gelo needs to report today at work because they are scheduled for a shutdown til Sunday and he needs badly needs to be there.

If there's one thing that Im enjoying now, its the food. I dont think I will lose weight that fast. Im still showing a big tummy, and there's no way i am fitting into some sexy swimwear even after 3 months.

I hope I can squeeze in the first part of my birthing story on weekend. Happy Halloween everyone!

Been cleaning here and there for the past weeks, and I feel so happy that I was able to fix Joaqui's clothes in his new cabinet, and I was able to arrange his books at the shelf. His playroom is getting full since he has his drumset there and a basketball court. I wonder where will I place some toys of the little girl in the next few months. So I have decided to pack away his elephant tent since he doesn't play there that much. A few toys need to be kept too , to make way for new ones that will arrive in no time. We need to get some moving boxes again.

I haven't started arranging the stuff of babydoll since the box is yet to arrive this week. I only have a few clothes of her, neatly placed now in our bedroom. I bought some newborn diapers, toiletries and the likes. Its a good thing there's a department store near our house, so getting something is not that hard at all. I just can't wait for the box to arrive.

I was doing some mental calculations of my earnings and expenses... staring blankly at the ceiling, talking to myself.. Then I suddenly talked to Gelo..

Peachy : Dami ko na pala na shopping for baby. Stop muna nga ako mag shopping.

Gelo : Talaga ? Mga ilang oras ka mag stop ?? (insert hilarious laughing face here!)

Grabe !!! he noticed it too ! And imagine, hours ko lang daw kaya tiisin ang shopping ! LOL ! I actually laughed when he commented and simply said.. " Sobra ka naman.. di ako ganun ." ( i na low , paawa tone. Baka sakaling maawa at bigyan ako ng cash pang shopping sa mall naman :)

*sigh* ang mga mister nga naman, akala sa mga misis puro shopping eh!! Tsk ! tsk ! Ang hirap ng work namin ha :)
