Losing Weight?!

I was skinny during my younger years (19??), but now i'm definetely... overweight. Thus, i've decided to go on a diet & an exercise regime...my plan actually is to start last monday everything was according to plan...No breakfast, 1 rice for lunch then a basketball game after work, but on my way home after the game, i started feel hungry...i taught at first i'll just by a biscuit & a bottle of water to replenish my lost strength (panawid gutom ba), so i made way to caltex at south super hi-way, parked my car...then what happen next is just out of the game plan...I went straight to KFC, and without hesitation i ordered ..."1 pc. FULLY LOADED MEAL pls"
